Membership is offered to  individuals who contribute, or authorize contributions to be made in their name, to the Foundation’s nonprofit fund for the purposes of furthering the philanthropic activities of the Foundation

One-time Membership Dues in the form of a contribution from each member will be a minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) The Dues of each member will be paid with submission of the membership application.

Dues will be utilized to support the philanthropic activities of the Foundation.   Any and all Dues and contributions paid to the Foundation become the property of the Foundation.
